This is a picture of the staff of The Meadows School, located on the property of Seldon Lam, pictured, back row, 3rd from left. Also, my great grandmother, Fannie Meadows Lam, pictured 2nd row, 2nd from right, seated with a baby on her lap (possibly Uncle Lee?). The Meadows School Trail is still part of Shenandoah National Park and leads you from Skyline Drive to the location of the Meadows School where there is no evidence left of its existence. Guessing that this photo was taken roughly around 1918.
